What do you like best?

I like the flow and the case type checklist.

What do you dislike?

Glitchy auto-populating. Too many tabs that have redundant information.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Possibly adding an invoicing feature?

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We're looking to use it more for case management, currently just using it for forms.
