What do you like best?

Our law firm uses Juris and Juris Suite for billing matters. I like that it is very user friendly when adding new contacts/employers/ etc. It also alerts you in the screen pop up if the matter is already in use or if you forgot to fill out a pertinent cell.

What do you dislike?

you cannot do a "mass update" say the recipient changed for that employer/insurance. If our firm has multiple cases where that contact is no longer there or on a leave of absence we have to go in and manually update the file.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our office uses Juris to generate bills that we serve via email or US Mail. I only enter the files into the system I do not update the info or generate the bills.
