What do you like best?

What I like best about this software is the ability to hold and maintain record of accounts and specific data relating to a particular job or customer account

What do you dislike?

I dislike the red rotting message you get if you don't work the file after you are scheduled, but it does give you the option to push out your task for a future date.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This is a very useful software to have if you have a large customer database or if you plan on adding customers from your organization

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This solves a lot of problems, because it is a major hub to store our customers work orders as well as jobs. We are able to see the entire job in the pipeline with specific information for our use.
