What do you like best?
Ivanti give us the ability to assist users when they are off campus and are unable to VPN to our network
What do you dislike?
The admin console is effective but information could be presented more intuitively
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'm not sure if there is a trial version of Ivanti, but I'd recommend doing a trial if it's offered.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Prior to implementing Ivanti, if a user was off campus, we could only remote into their computer sometimes for Windows machines, and very rarely for Macs. The primary benefit of Ivanti for us is being able to reliably remote into users' computers.
