Essential IBM tool for monitoring purpose

What do you like best?

Essential and effective tool for monitoring purpose. Alerts are easily identified and linked to a ticketing tool. Any issues with jobs or drives are easily notified. Good thing about this tool is the heart beat alert

What do you dislike?

Only the slowness of this tool. The tickets on the ticketing tool generated for alerts are received before the alerts
