My experience with Kaseya BMS has been a rocky road.

What do you like best?

I like the concept of BMS and it is fairly easy to operate once you learn it.

What do you dislike?

We had many issues with Kaseya and BMS syncing in the early days.

I dislike the number of steps it takes when you are creating a ticket. First you create the ticket, then a service call, then a time log. In the beginning this was not working with our google calendar and it was annoying.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It basically keeps track of our tickets in both states and records the type of tickets. We are not integrated with Quickbooks so we do not benefit that way.
