Great product for asset tracking
What do you like best?
Integration with the Invgate Service Desk makes it a better product. Assets are associated with user entering ticket automatically making tracking of problems easier.
What do you dislike?
Has a separate login on the backend for mgmt of the product outside of the ticketing system. Would be good to have them combined.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Tracking of all Windows based computer, laptops and other devices. Allows us to have meaningful data for licensing purposes.
