What do you like best?

Simple and intuitive work flow, does not require very detailed technical knowledge to set up any device. Documentation is quite good. Device management is made so easy with this platform.

In the scope of our engagement, technical engagement and collaboration of Factana team was also required and critical. In that I was happy with the support we got.

What do you dislike?

Good to have - configure time zones. Data Dashbourd shows time in UTC and also it would be helpful to have stand date time formats rather than time stamp. Some more customization and flexibility to add dashboard cards would be helpful.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Fogwing is an easy to use and good device management platform. The team is always striving to improve the features and working on a feature laden product roadmap.

Fogwing enables us to have our device data recorded centrally and available realtime across users and customers.
