Advanced user of Applied EpicReporting is wonderful - so much information available. Marketing Module for P&C is very slick. ABD integration - would love to see more and more benefit use options. Our agency is dedicated to utilizing as much as EPIC has to offer to achieve our goals.
how the Proofs of insurance section works. it's clunky. Entering information for a certificate or evidence of insurance does not flow in a sensible way in my opinion. Even when you have been doing them for a while, you still have to stop and think about what info goes where. i dislike not having good options to utilize EPIC for crop insurance.
We are able to house all our review generating divisions (except Crop ) in EPIC. This provides time saving and generates options for the Director of Finance when budgeting and projecting. We are owning our data a little more each day and i do not believe we would be able to do so as quickly on another system.
