Advanced user of DovetaleI like the affordability of the platform. I really enjoy the gift-giving system that is put in place. I also really appreciate their customer support. The team is super helpful and quick to respond.
I don't like how the application process is on an individual basis with affiliates. I would like to be able to approve more than one at a time. I also wish there was a way to mass email affiliates from the Dovetale platform. This would make communication more streamlined.
Dovetale has a good amount of basic features to get your affiliate program up and running. It is good for companies who have a more hands off affiliate program. It is also much more affordable than other platforms.
We made a switch from Grin due to budget and pricing. We have found that Dovetale is a great alternative to this and we are very excited to get our affiliate program up and running.
