What do you like best?

I think Blogtrumpet's best feature definitely is the ease with which designers can edit their blogs using the creating templates provided to generate marketable material. It provides a lot of layouts which offer great flexibility. The customer service is always available, and is very helpful.

What do you dislike?

I have not found anything in particular that I dislike. The setup is not as straightforward because sometimes it asks for an activation key even when you are already registered and well into using the software.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Since this is very easy to use, if you are a writer or a freelance blogger, you should definitely give it a go.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our editors have used it to write monthly updates, and newsletters for our social media and other pages. This has also helped our individual journalists to post freelance content. It is very easy to setup and has great designing features.
