Good experience so far for the last years

What do you like best?

Simple to use. No monthly membership, just a one-time fee depending on how many rooms your hotel/motel has. It has other features software available to use integrate with eZee Frontdesk (extra cost) but we just use the Frontdesk software. When you begin to use the software is a little difficult to set up, but you can personalize and customize the interface to your preference.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes is a little difficult to handle the reports, to how to find out the numbers that we need, I mean how to find the exact kind report that we are looking for. If we want to chat or contact customer support, we have to pay the hotel maintenance fee otherwise we are not able to contact them for assistance. When we need tech support, we need to contact them very late at night for a different time zone (support from India).

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are looking for software that you could manage your hotel without monthly membership this is for you.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This has helped us to have updated the guest with their reservations. The feature Email Automation is very beneficial to send a booking confirmation email to the guest. Get the necessary report for the government tax agency and to organized the reservations.
