What do you like best?
The process is so easy to set up and even if you cannot automate certain systems there is always a way around this. We are yet to integrate our warehouse system into the tool.
We have even hooked up a Google Sheets file which is a great interim solution for internal IT issue work around.
The support given by the team has been great they are always at hand and consistently want to improve the AI capability to drive further efficiencies.
The system easily hooks up with our customer service software and you can get detailed reporting on this too so you can always see the performance of the tool in relation to resolution rates.
What do you dislike?
As with all AI the system does not always get responses correct with customers. It often takes a lot of trial and error to get this right.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
During the pandemic, we saw a huge increase in online sales which in turn led to an influx of customer service enquiries which we found difficult to cope with.
Digital Genius allowed us to automate the easy enquiries so that we could get back to other customers quicker increasing our efficiencies and improving the experience for our customers.
