What do you like best?

The software has got amazing features which have really softened our customer services,for instance we can receive and record calls for our customers ,the software can monitor a number of accounts from several soft wares for example facebook,twitter, emails,etc. and convert them into support tickets. It provides good customer support network.I like this soft ware because i can find answers quickly and on time.It also eases our employees work when it come quick response to all customer questions.

What do you dislike?

The software has no free version which makes it costly since you have to pay for it monthly. When you are a newbie it is abit hard to navigate.responding to customer questions is abit difficult because at times the questions are too many to handle. The software is not flexible since it is a desktop designed.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

friends who are out there running businesses, i urge to use this software because it has got interesting features such such as chat live which enables you to communicate to friends, the software is also easy to setup and i have tested it , creation of tickets using this software is just awesome, with this application one can receive, and record call, rending it to be the best software for those in business,

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

we use this software to deliver great customer support channel to our customers such as instant feedback according to questions being asked. we also use it to monitor a number of accounts of our customers from several soft wares.
