SupportYard is the easy way to manage bulk customer messages for your growing business.

What do you like best?

Its affordable for all sizes of businesses from small-scale, mid-scale to large-scale users, its very simple to use, allows users to delegate duties to agents representing various departments which makes it easy to offer customer support needs in departmental level, makes it easy to track messages answered and those not answered by setting the messages as tickets.

What do you dislike?

It works great only that their customer support team is poor.

Its a great way to solve growing number of customer requests and messages for growing businesses it will help your customers keep glued to you make them satisfied by having their messages answered on time and satisfactorily. When you set up agents for each departments it becomes very easy to solve problems and answer the right question. This leaves the customers satisfied.
