Advanced user of ThriveDeskI've been able to work with ThriveDesk for a while now, and I've been able to see the progress on it, how new features are being implemented, and be aware of the new features that will come.
One of the main things I like when it comes to using it is how easy it is to configure and set up mailboxes for whatever you need. It helps you keep everything separate and organized; you can have one mailbox for each of your products or services and assign a team to each one.
Team response time in case of an issue is also great!
Being a new service, there are still features missing, but the team behind it is working hard on new implementation and have a clear RoadMap. Hope to see the tag filtering and search option soon.
My recommendation would be to try it, you will see for yourself it is a great option that will help you, especially with all the new features coming to it.
Currently, it is helping us organize our support system better. Having one mailbox for each of our different business services makes it easier to keep things organized, assigning each ticket to the person who will solve it the fastest. Our customers have appreciated the low response times we can have now.
