Incredible collaborative system !!!

What do you like best?

It is our main tool for proactive customer interaction, with which we can promote sales and pre-sales processes, marketing automation, function request and customer support, obtaining top quality results. We have managed to unify all communication with clients through a single platform, which has allowed us to improve the care, support and help that we provide, giving them the possibility of having a better experience and that they feel more satisfied with us, our products and our services.

What do you dislike?

The software interface is very intuitive, however it lacks some functions that would turn some tasks into easier actions and without any complexity, in this way I can highlight the lack of search option from the contact directory, by including it we It would allow to find a specific client much faster and thus speed up the service provided.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Slaask is the way to go, it is for all types of companies with proactive thinking that believe in the vision all the tools in one place, and that this possibility makes an interaction with first-class customers a reality and thus be able to act demonstrating a stellar customer experience in both sales and support. It is an extremely functional platform, at the same time it can be easily customized and adapted to the business flow that is handled, it is very clean and easy to understand, as well as a comfortable very competitive price with all the options on the market.
