What do you like best?

It worked out of the box without hassles. We have multiple team members and were able to share access to building the docs easily. There's no technical learning curve. I literally published our first docs within my first sitting, for a 10,000-strong user community. I tried other products but many were too technical, or did not have the export options we needed. It's great for building technical documentation or IT/programming documentation in particular. Although I think anyone building docs will find this useful.

What do you dislike?

There was 1 minor issue that resulted in a broken link if clicked it. But it was fixed promptly after I contacted support about it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would definitely try the free version to at least see how it is.

We needed an easy way to publish, clear, searchable technical documentation for our software product. We can now turn around new docs or edits within minutes rather than days.
