Advanced user of Zapier for G SuiteIt's great to be able to get an email and have zapier take care of searching for key words that mean scheduling an appointment, adding a line of data to a spreadsheet, or just scheduling a follow-up. Nothing falls through the cracks.
There are some limited outputs. For example: I can't set an event that pulls the sender's actual name from the email they send, but it can pull their email address. I do wish that were some better options for integrating gsuite with some other external applications (like NeonCRM, for example). They do integrate, but there are some real limitations on both the trigger action and the resulting action that aren't always exactly what I'm looking for.

We're making sure that donor communications aren't falling through the cracks. With automatic responses, scheduled follow-ups, scheduled events, etc, we're staying on top of things way better than we used to. One of the best features has been the ability to send out automated emails when new volunteers sign up to serve on our volunteer committees using one of our google forms. It's easy to create a personalized email to them that doesn't seem like a form response. Zapier will even allow a simple draft of an email to be created and will hold off on sending it until you have a chance to review and customize further (if needed).
