Salsa Engage

What do you like best?

We are a mid-size organization, so we don't require a large or super robust database. Salsa CRM and Engage both work well for our needs. I do wish they were not separate platforms (the reason for the 8-star rating). It makes donor communication easier; you can merge and schedule e-communications. Pre-made designs are nice, but could use some updating. Salsa University is helpful for learning the platform, but tech support is always (always!) the fastest route.

What do you dislike?

I wish it was faster, both platforms tend to time out. The only other qualm I have is that I wish the CRM and Engage were not separate platforms. It's not terribly challenging to toggle between the two, but an integration could be helpful.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are better tracking donor outreach and it's generally quicker to execute our outreach and marketing calendars.
