What do you like best?

I love that verafin covers all the bases when it comes to verification for new business customers at our branch. It breaks down all the sections well and though it is lengthy, it's thorough.

What do you dislike?

The only step that I disliked was after opening an account, having to manually go back to attach numbers and link it instead of having that automatically bring it in when the questionnaire is completed. I wish this would be streamlined in the future if possible.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Setting up new business customers, getting an idea of their expected money and cash flow, transactions, and keeping fraud possibility minimized.
