Advanced user of InTouchGPSI like that I can see the exact location of my vehicles at any moment and pull super accurate reports so that I can verify locations and driving speeds.
There is not much that I dislike about the platform, I do not like how the tracking devices can go missing - the employee is able to disconnect their device.
Be patient, once everything is set up you will be happy with all that the tool does for you!
We do not have to wonder where our technicians are, ever! When a customer calls in to ask where a technician is, I am able to tell them their exact location. It's also great for payroll purposes, if I need to know when a technician left a jobsite, I can look back and see.
