Advanced user of AutoMileWe really appreciate the "Live" view tracking where our company vehicle is at all times. At any point, anyone on the team can open the app or website to check where the vehicles are and see if a client meeting is running long, without having to send a message or make a call.
Love the places feature. We have entered our client addresses, so when we make a stop there, the trip is automatically labeled with the client's name.
The only downside that I have found so far is that when we purchase a new company vehicle, we have to manually add that vehicle to each place location if we want trips for that vehicle to be auto-categorized. I wrote to support about this feature to confirm I wasn't missing where to find this option. As far as I can tell, this is still the case.
An excellent choice for small teams.
We also rely on the trip view as a record to confirm that our client hours are billed accurately. If there is ever a question, we can confirm what time the company vehicle was on-site at a client visit.
