What do you like best?

It supports a lot of protocols (Amazon S3, WebDAV, sftp and so on), doesn't need many resources. It also provide a high security level. It can be used for many purposes. Such as download and upload files to websites ftp servers, backing up remote servers and so on.

What do you dislike?

When I tried to use it for synchronizing files with remote server it took a lot of time. But I used it only once. All other is on a very high level.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I looked for a long time for ftp client for downloading files for my websites. I tried some other software till I found SmartFTP. It completely fits all my needs for my everyday work! Now it speed up my work and increased my performance. Also it helped me that SmartFTP supports Amazon S3 protocol.
