Great Start and a Bright Future

What do you like best?

I consider reputation management vital to the growth of my business. Zonka already provides a very robust platform, but after speaking with Sonika about what is on their roadmap (explanation below), it was a must-purchase for me.

It took me less than 5 minutes to create a beautiful email survey that I could send to my customers. I've used survey builders in the past that are clunky and don't allow me to send something that's genuinely on-brand. Zonka's customization is fantastic. From logos, colors, and fonts, Zonka enables me to send something that aligns with my brand image.

What do you dislike?

My interest in this product stemmed from one idea: Conditional Redirect. I spoke with Sonika from Zonka and she assured me this is already on their roadmap and the logical evolution of the product. This means that if a customer responded well to your survey, that Zonka would redirect them to leave a good review on the site of your choice (Google, Trust Pilot, etc.). While this is not yet a feature, I am very excited about the possibilities of Zonka in the future.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Prior to Zonka, I was having a difficult time automating my reputation management. Zonka has helped me with this by sending emails and texts to my clients.
