The program that evolved my company and drives our growth.

What do you like best?

I like to work with this platform because through its analysis, I have seen improvements in the company, it has a very easy-to-use configuration and I love that even though you have met the objectives up to now, it does not work, but with each update is reinvented, which is great because it allows us to have a tool, versatile, effective, modern and renewed.

I love having our customers pleased, and for a long time we did not cover their expectations, which was affecting our sales, but since this program was acquired, that problem was solved and that makes us very happy with Intouch.

What do you dislike?

Actually I am very satisfied with the results of this program, but we paid high costs when we decided to design new surveys, as well as renew them, which I think could be improved, however we do not intend to stop working with Intouch, because until now the price It was worth it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Without a doubt I recommend this platform, it has been very useful to have it, it has been an excellent investment, because it has allowed us to grow in sales, has reduced costs and also thanks to its excellent analysis, we are really focused on the right objectives. Use it, do not waste more time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Thanks to this platform, we not only significantly improve our customer service, but also that it has given us the opportunity to do better management in the company at an administrative level.

In addition, Intouch has many functions that ensure that our consumers, users of the website, etc., are satisfied, as well as answer questions in a timely manner to our customers, this has reduced staff costs, because before to try to comply with these needs, we were constantly in recruitment, and even then we did not get good results
