What do you like best?

I must admit that I love Surveypal its interface is very intuitive and easy to use and the best thing that is very useful because it offers us different types of services. For example, research the market in addition to this investigate the current status of employees and thus know their Different emotions and ideas and knowing how they are in their field of work, are important things that help a company to stabilize, not only that, but also offers us to investigate the market and sales that are in this moment that is incredible.

What do you dislike?

We do not have any problem on the part of us with the interface, however at the time of creating some surveys there may be certain problems of latency problems in carrying out the survey or problems to create it this happens very little, but it can be annoying.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Yes, werecommend the software because it is a secure interface where it allows us to grow as a company both economically and in business, in addition to this we believe that for its price it is a perfect software, however it can be compared with others and acquire the one that best suits your needs.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It has solved several problems within the company before we used a different survey software but in manual mode where we distributed information to our employees and customers and manually read or take out a complete analysis of the questions, however it became a bit complicated to do it already that we were growing as a company and even more Wanting to help the environment and not using more paper, we decided to look for software that will help us implement a new way to create a survey and we find this one that allows us to do the surveys, but also allows us to answer the Surveys from any device.
