What do you like best?
Using the online system is easy. Decide what you are claiming for. In my case, it's monthly mileage. The system automatically takes you to the 'From' and 'To' page. Just enter the postcodes, and the mileage is calculated with immediate effect. Then, add Return Journey, should that be the case, the mode of transport and the mileage and the pence per trip is calculated.
What do you dislike?
It would be nice if the default mode showed vehicle mileage rather than bicycle mileage. Other than that, I am perfectly happy with the sustem.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I used to have to calculate the mileage manually and type the destination/s to an electronically stored document. Then get it signed by my manager and email it to our finance department. Webexpenses is SMART, quick and easy.
