Core helped us get rid of manual timesheets
What do you like best?
The most helpful features of Core are time tracking and billing. Before Core, our staff was using manual timesheets, and then one person would manually key in timesheets in the software. After switching to Core, 100% of our team is inputting time using Core which has helped our project managers better understand what is happening on the project in real-time. Additionally, this has to lead to send the invoices out on time. Some of our clients need special invoice formats, and with the help of Core's customization team, we were able to customize these invoice templates very easily. Our project managers can track the progress of projects with confidence and make course corrections as needed because of budget tracking.
What do you dislike?
There is a bit of a learning curve very early on for power users as there is so much to learn.
