A human resources software that is simple to use and very complete
What do you like best?
A section that attracts me a lot of this software is the facility to organize the different members of my staff and divide the teams. Within this human resources system it is easy to generate different sections to have each person assigned to their job, to access their data and communicate any questions efficiently.
Importing company personnel data and organizing the calendar is also quite easy to do and very important, since any employee needs to know what their days are free, when they can request vacations or simply consult any variation that occurs in their calendar.
What do you dislike?
I have not had any failures within the platform. Maybe you could add some adjustments so that the calendar could be seen in a more simplified way when there is a lot of data, but otherwise I think it is a very well optimized application.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Staff Squared because it is a human resources system that allows you to import data in a simple way, you can also make changes within the system easily and employees can know at any time if they are missing a task or if they can choose one day free or change your vacation dates.

Within our company we use Staff Squared to manage the human resources area. Mainly we use it to have the data of our workers, to organize our teams and so that each person knows all the conditions of their job and can be organized knowing the dates of work and vacations at every moment.
