What do you like best?
This was our second year using Clearly Rated. Emilie is extremely knowledgeable. She was always quick to reply if I had any questions. It was easy to set up and track our comments from clients. Being that this was our second year, I like that we are able to compare this year to last year.
What do you dislike?
I wish there was a way to differentiate what is a good score vs not so good. Most people assume that giving a 7 or and 8 is good. Unfortunately, getting a 7 or an 8 essentially doesn't factor into our scores. Maybe if there was some sort of legend for them to follow?
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The system is easy - very user friendly, however take advantage of your CR account manager if you have any questions. They are the pros!
