Our ticketing system auto sends a survey to everyone we interact with. This helps ensure we are meeting our clients needs quickly and easily.

We use the NPS Score to connect with our primary contacts to ensure the content we are delivering is exceeding their expectations and we have a pulse on how our relationship is doing.

We even recently started doing in-house surveys to see how our employees are doing.

We are keeping techs up to date with the latest feedback from our clients with Positive Surveys posting live to Microsoft Teams
