What do you like best?
We have worked with Paul for a year now on multiple engagement at Ametras. He goes above and beyond to serve our needs and often takes calls wherever he is in the world at our convenience. From a technical perspective we initially had some issues, which he immediately resolved and made sure we did not have to pay while not receiving the full benefits. Ametras is a pleasure to work with.
What do you dislike?
Time delay in getting the initial support though not much of an issue in the long run.

Evlauate the product and services as we did before going into it on a long term to assure that your needs will be met. Dont be concerned about asking for multiple demos.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are creating an application to intake 100,000 plus documents and routing them through the Appian BPM tool for managing the case history of the initial intake. The project is complex and requires multiple integration points with the Ametras software. The intake process data capture reliability is of the greatest importance. Ametras and our team has worked to create rules the provide 99.5% QA
