A holistic enterprise architecture tool for all size organizations.

What do you like best?

The platform provides a great amount of flexibility for architects to plan current and future state initiatives. Several platforms can integrate such as servicenow, daptiv, jira, etc.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the tool can be overwhelming to a user and the Ui could be simplified. Learning how to do configuration changes on both on premise and on the cloud is difficult at times and the user guide could be simplified.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If your looking for a robust Enterprise Architecture tool, Alfabet is your key. The tool is highly configurable and is great to integrate with other systems as well.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Problems I am having are linking complex data in a simplified manner for end users. Some benefits are that the tool is highly configurable and several reports of all sorts can be generated.
