What do you like best?

The ease of calculations and how it integrates quite well into Microsoft Visio. It is a colorful program, and the IT and customer service for the program are very reachable and friendly.

What do you dislike?

Some kinks in the software still, and if your computer doesn't have a very quick processor it can slow it down.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Don'e hesitate to call their help desk if needed, they are reachable. Also, go through the eLeanor trainings, they take several hours but they open up areas of the program that you may not have known were there. Super helpful.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Value stream mapping our entire plant processes (5 production lines) and figuring out bottlenecks so that we are able to improve manufacturing efficiencies.
