What do you like best?

I love the fact that the actions suggested are small, easy to digest by a busy start-up. This helps us as HR show we care and our employees to not feel overwhelmed by information - hence quitting the process.

What do you dislike?

I don't have anything negative to say - the platform, even which I found a bit difficult to use last year, has been updated and looks great :)

I wouldn't say there are any downsides, reaching the engagement we wish is also up to the company , not the product.

Then, it's also extremely useful that there is a HIVE app, which help us communicate any new additions/updates with the team.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

One of the benefits is definitely the company brand which now reflects its value due to our collaboration with HIVE.

Other than that, I have personally realised biases in me that I didn't even know existed. It made me more self-aware, and I will hold on to this in my personal life also.
