Great tool to be proactive with at risk customers!

What do you like best?

It allows us to build a transactional survey where it allows us to get data from customers and proactively reach out to customers at risk of leaving the company.

What do you dislike?

The survey answers could be a bit difficult to read if you are not used to it. However, once you get confortable with navigating the program it's easy to get the data.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Allows client to identify at risk customers of leaving and proactively reaching out to turn the situation around.
