What do you like best?
It is an employee engagement program and solution based on the cloud. It helps companies so that they will be able to align, recognize and engage their assets such as their employees, customer satisfaction, productivity and other key outcomes of businesses. Its technology is award-winning and its customer services are unmatched. Its engagement and recognition programs are most successful all over the world.
What do you dislike?
More opportunities are needed in its analytics and reporting suite. It should provide more ease in administration work. It has a confusing reporting feature. I didn't face any major disadvantage in it as everyone will fall in love with its functionality and intuitive interface thus companies must use this tool for employee engagement and recognition.
