What do you like best?
I liked that this platform can communicate with the person who feeds it, which makes the flow of communication more effective when people have doubts or problems at work, because it provides what an employee needs, ie , a feedback on the circumstances or procedures that should be clear, this helps the employees to know and feel that the company also cares about its employees, since it helps to increase the flow of communication through the feedback, and that provides an advice in real time when an employee needs it, I also like the areas in which it is divided so that one can understand and not forget in their feedback and as is with the person who provides coaching the conversations are much more enjoyable and funny
What do you dislike?
So far I have not had any problem or something that I dislike the software but I can say that I would like the panel to be changed a bit more and be super interactive
