Advanced user of CrewHuI like how simple it is for clients to send in their reviews on the work completed and how easily it is to track on the website. I also like the ability to earn points for having high review scores and get prizes, a social feed for coworkers, and a way for users to track their reviews. So they're not just for admins.
The website looks a little dated, but that does not hinder usability.
This is an excellent tool to gauge how clients feel about the service we provide and where we can strengthen our approach.
