Advanced user of EmplifyThe most helpful part of the platform is the accessibility of the team. We have had many iterations of groupings/groupings change at a moments notice and the Emplify team has been helpful and incredibly responsive. The results give a full, 360 view of the results and offers many different ways to attack "struggles" head on.
Occasionally, groupings would not transfer over correctly on the first upload and so we need to QC more than we would like.
We have seen significant improvement in morale in the short time that we have been working with Emplify. We have also seen employees come forward with ideas on improving the company culture, showing an active interest in making our company better.
