Not a service provider, but a service partner
What do you like best?
I appreciate many things about WorkTango but there are a couple things that really stand out for me. One is that it feels like a real partnership where both sides are invested in long-term success. They're not a just vendor who sold us a thing. Since we began exploring the possibility of a partnership, through to implementation and beyond, they've been a partner in crime celebrating successes and navigating through challenges with us.
Another aspect that's really impressed me is that every WT team member I've encountered so far has had customer service at the forefront. The responsiveness is second-to-none, the industry knowledge is evident, and they communicate with clarity and integrity. Yes means yes, and once they commit, they deliver on time.
What do you dislike?
As a younger company in the space there are a few features I'd love to see that they don't offer yet (e.g., personalized email invites to survey recipients, or an ability to branch within a single survey), but any time I suggest a feature they take it seriously and in fact I've already seen a prototype for one of the improvements they're working on for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of big players in the space, and I would highly encourage you to consider this great Canadian company as a skilled and creative partner for your next employee voice initiative.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
WorkTango has already helped to automate some of our formerly manual processes, especially when it comes to data analysis. It's going to be tremendously powerful for us to share this information with decision-makers and change-makers in a way that's more digestible (AND easier to produce). Even as a survey administrator who's been working with this type of data for several years now, it's so much easier for me to consume the information in a visual way.
