What do you like best?

Flodesk's email templates are beautiful and the "drag and drop" user interface makes it really simple to use. I. like the ability to organize past emails in a folder for future use, and the automated workflows are simple and straightforward to set up.

What do you dislike?

Often times, emails to my audience (especially new subscribers) default to the promotions or spam folders. This is frustrating as only a small percentage see the emails. I also wish there was a capability to share templates with other users.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Join the Facebook for tips and be patient. They are just getting started and have already made positive changes in the last year.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Email marketing made easy! I struggled being consistent with emailing my list before due to the cumbersome nature of the software I was using.
