What do you like best?

Company managed. Add free. Depending on plan, access to Office 365. Calendar is also available for the hole company to organize agenda.

What do you dislike?

For an email to be flag as read, it is kind of ambiguous. Sometimes when you scroll the email itself, sometimes when you move to the following email. Depending on administrator setup, attachments can never reach, also have in mind that setup must be checked against Firewall rules.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Microsoft offers different models and tier options. Depending on your business, you would have different prices/options; so, you should ask a consultant. Also, if you use Microsoft Office, like most do, ask about it too. It improves your productivity to be able to collab online, and keep your documents save at SharePoint.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The more obvious advantage is company sandboxing. I mean, all your communications belonging to the business are handled here. The administrator can reset passwords, close accounts, and so on. You have a secure environment.
