What do you like best?

Simple and easy-to-use User Interface. No overwhelming tabs and clear advertising space. I am an independent consultant, we often recommend Gsuite services to our clients - but not aware if Yahoo offers a similar set of services, would be happy to recommend such services if they are available at competitive rates.

What do you dislike?

Yahoo can improve upon the smart scanning of the promotional or spam emails - if there is functionality that can detect that the email sent is probably spam or phishing in nature in a much better way. Some of the emails still manage to reach the inbox. Adding that kind of feature would help the user to select such emails with one click and delete them forever. Yahoo should consider having a functionality where individual consultants can become their affiliates or service provider.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am more focused on the email threads which I am working on so, Yahoo Mail helps me manage that well. no jumbling up of the order keeps the communication sanity.
