Tragic, late to market, beaten by their competition since inception
What do you like best?
I love being on the other side of the planet of their support staff, when their email delivery systems go down (you know, the thing they gloat about being good at), I truly like being 12 hours away from a response.
What do you dislike?
Black Friday email deliveries going down, custom service emails going down, order confirmations going undelivered, absolute lack of understanding of basic email deliverability processes, genuine disregard for customer complaints, quarters and years of excuses of one single task (emails reaching inboxes). Shipment notifications not being delivered for days of time, lack of customer support during regular business hours, zero priority of customer service regardless of pay structure.
After multiple attempts to rectify simple email deliverability issues (spf dkim verification doesn't even exist), I am left with zero belief that the people at atmail understand even the most simple level issues that would lead someone to chose them as their email vendor. G Suite does it better in every single metric. Believe me, had I chose someone else, I would have saved tens if not hundreds of hours of client support, trouble shooting, and literal explanation of how and why emails are delivered over the internet in modern day world, had I simply chose Google Suite (or whatever they call it now) from the get-go.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The biggest benefit of using atmail was understanding that big tech industry does it better. Moving to Google Suite across the board has greatly benefited not only my clients, but my life as a developer, programmer, and Director of Ecommerce.
