What do you like best?

Simple UX, but very powerful and flexible to create newsletters that keep pace with the best in the industry. Far more cost effective than competing solution. Can utilize your own mailservers or integrate with the likes of G Sute, SendGrid and more. Scheduling of delivery works well too so you don't hit any limits on your mail servers.

What do you dislike?

Not very intuitive to create newsletters on touchscreens devices like phones and tablets.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Development seems to have stalled in the past year or so, no major features introduced, and still some outstanding bugs. Hopefully they're working on a new version that significantly modernizes the UX and optimizes it for touchscreens. With that said, what it does already do, it does particularly well, so the need for more features isn't a massive one, but would be nice.

An accompanying app to monitor stats and quickly put together newsletters on a phone would be a solid improvement, but you really can't complain for the price versus competitors.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Easily creating newsletter campaigns to keep in touch with our audience. Bypassing WordPress's less-than-great mail system so that all system notifications get the appropriate branding for our business. Allows us to queue outbound emails from WordPress too, so if there's a flurry of notification emails that need to go out during a sale or similar, they won't cause us to hit the limit on our mailserver and will go out in batches every x amount of time that we configure it to.
