What do you like best?

I enjoyed that we can have all our forms in one location. This makes it much easier to follow up and track requests. Also for record-keeping, I can now just log in and see the history of each form.

What do you dislike?

While they have conditional logic, I wish this was better designed. To make a conditional form, it's a lot of clicking and scrolling. If one element can be turned on by 2 different options, I will have to have 2 of the two same elements. So, while the conditional logic is in place. It just needs to be developed more.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

You should buy their product because of how beginner-friendly it is and it has a really simplistic design.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

MailGet Bolt has helped me and my company to easily send out e-mails to our customers. I think MailGet Bolt is better than other alternatives because of how easy it is to use. It has a non-complicated design that pleases my eyes and makes it easy to work with.
