What do you like best?

The sharing of your services and products is optimally done using GoDaddy Email Marketing because it helps you connect better with your customers. The neat and modern design of the software interface allows you to easily locate what you need to use, the creation of email campaigns and templates for sales are easy to use for the new user.

What do you dislike?

Lately the software has been steadily increasing the price of its services, however GoDaddy Email Marketing is worth every penny. The mobile version can be very simple, no big jobs can be done from the cell phone.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I wish the program had the ability to create custom surveys to share with employees and our customers. The mobile application has had a couple of failures when it comes to sending out newsletters, but I think that was just a temporary thing. The customer service agents could talk in a less technical way when it comes to solving our doubts

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The intelligent analytic of the software has allowed us to obtain better results. We were able to know more and implement CAN SPAM compliance and use it to our advantage. GoDaddy Email Marketing and its A/B Testing functions and landing pages have summarized a significant part of each employee's work, as well as the work schedules can be edited.
