Advanced user of VeroAt OpenAgent we run all our transactional emails though Vero and have been very impressed with i's performance and functionality. The tool provides both great APIs as well as interface to create segments, campaigns, email templates as well as push in parameters.
The customer service is also top notch and local - for us in Australia anyway. Highly recommended
Pushing a lot of event can quickly scale up the account in terms of the plan cost. I think a more sensible approach there based primarily on send volumes would be much more preferable to us. But I do understand the national in the pricing approach.
